I undertake to treat other Members with kindness, courtesy and respect, both in exchanges via the App and during real-life meetings.

I further undertake to be honest in my words, intentions and behaviour, and to refrain from any form of deception, manipulation or behaviour likely to mislead other Members.

2. No form of harassment or persistence

I will never coerce, pursue or act in an inappropriate or harassing manner towards another Member, including following a refusal, silence or a break in contact.

3. Clear and ongoing consent

I understand that all interactions, whether physical or digital, must be mutual, consensual, informed and reversible at any time.

4. Zero tolerance for violence, threats or discrimination

Any behaviour or language that is aggressive, insulting, threatening, harassing, defamatory, racist, sexist or discriminatory is strictly prohibited on our App.

5. Strict ban on all sexual or offensive content

It is strictly forbidden to send or publish via our App any content of a sexual, explicit, (paedo)pornographic, exhibitionist, violent, abusive or dignity-undermining nature (text, photo, video or GIF).

6. Respect for privacy and discretion

I will respect the privacy of other Members. I will never share their photos, messages or personal data without their explicit and prior consent.

7. Safety during real-life meetings

I will ensure that any first real-life meeting with another Member takes place in a public and safe location, and I will inform a trusted person if necessary. I will always respect the other person’s boundaries and pace.

8. No commercial, illegal or escort-related activity

I undertake not to use the App to promote services, solicit clients or participate in any form of fraud, illegal activity or activity related to prostitution and escort services.

9. Adherence to the LOVALLY philosophy

I understand that the App is designed to foster genuine human connections, not quick or anonymous interactions.

10. . Reporting suspicious or harmful behaviour

I undertake not to use the App to promote services, solicit clients or participate in any form of fraud, illegal activity or activity related to prostitution and escort services.
